Hey modders, I need some help. I've got this interior cell behaving like an exterior, with the weather type as Red Mountain Region. Only thing, after the first couple in-game tests, it stopped working. No blight storm, no sounds, and the sky didn't even show up, just a solid color. What am I doing wrong?

edit - Actually, the howl sounds are actually working. So it seems to be just the weather that's not showing.
