so i was using the ballistic fist without the 9 str req. with 100 unarmed. it attacks slow, and i knew it would. i wanted to make an ncr soldier loadout instead of my usual power armor ballistic so i did. i was using the recompense of the fallen and noticed it had a VERY fast attack speed. (i also took slayer at the time for 30% faster). i didnt like the look of the recompense so i used love and hate instead and it had an INCREDIBLE attack speed also. i bought boxing gloves from chet in goodsprings and used them to see if they attacked fast and they didnt. they attacked at the normal speed. my fists also attack at the normal speed. so i was wondering, do unarmed weapons have to fit a certain criteria before they can be effected by slayer?

All weapons have different speeds. Balances them out. Slayer affects all melee and unarmed weapons to my knowledge. You could try using Rushing Water, but I'm not sure if that applies to unarmed attacks.
