LF a list of the mods Ornitocopter overhaul mod uses? : III

I have not played Morrowind in years, Ornitocopter overhaul 3.0 has got me wanting to play again. I went to Ornitocopter's website and it does not have a list of the mods it uses. If anyone could go into some detail on what things the mod adds to Morrowind other then mainly just visuals I would appreacite it. Thanks I am curious

Things like,

Armor & weapons
Places/Buildings
Vampire mods

Just any interesting stuff

If it's the Overhaul I'm thinking of (and I'm pretty sure it is, looking at that site), you can find a list of the mods for 2.0 http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=8987/. This is the first I've heard about 3.0, so I don't know what's changed from that list.
