Ok well my Single player graphics are set to custom but they dont change in multiplayer why is that i want to play multiplayer but my graphics wont run smoothly. All my Single player Graphics Are on Custom And the multiplayer Is on HIGH any help to change them?

How are you even running that game on High with an HD5450? That thing is barely better than integrated graphics.

Multiplayer more demanding on graphics than singleplayer. You're going to have to get a better graphics card for better FPS. Your processor is also quite weak, but for now your graphics card is your biggest bottleneck.
