its says Failed to initialize renderer Hardware T&L required but not supported by adapter. guessing computer is to old?

Right. All you have for graphics is an antique Intel joke of a video chip that will never work.

Yes, the Intel integrated chipset doesn't support HT&L. Your computer does seem to have a PCIe x16 slot that you could put a decent graphics card in. This all depends on your PSU rating and whether or not you need to get a low profile card.
