HalloweenWeed needs help installing mods please

Hello some of you have already read my posts and thus can skip this "intents" paragraph. I am building a modded Morrowind to play for the first time in about 8 years, and intend to copy the build to my Wife's computer for her as well, she loved Skyrim (me too). I was never much for using mods as they just seemed to cause more problems than they were worth. But times have changed, computers are better, and I don't want a lame gfx exp to ruin my wife's opinion of Morrowind. So I have spent many whole days working on modding my install (see other threads for details - my content - if you want). We both have great new 1920x1200 monitors and great newer gfx cards to take advantage of higher res and distance drawing to make our exp better. Our rigs hdwe builds are linked in my sig - pretty high-end. Well enough about that, first I will tell you my build then present my problems.

Morrowind, Tribunal, and Bloodmoon v.1.6.1820. Modded in this order:
Exe modded: MCP 2.0 (19510, lots of options checked), MGE 3.8.0 (includes MSE), 4GB mem patch.
Wyre Mash (85) Fork v 2100.05.11 (the latest non-dev ver). Mods installed and ordered in "mods" tab using filename dates, per BTB list (below).
BTB mods list, skipped most of the gameplay changing stuff, had to use slightly different versions of a couple of mods bc of availability issues. Set to BTB load order. Includes MPP 1.6.5b.

BTB mod list, these things installed, ordered as such in "mods" tab where allowed:
MPP 1.6.5b.
Better bodies 2.2
LizTail's New Beast Bodies (33)
Better heads
Better clothes
More Better Clothes by Plangkye
Darknut's Weapon Textures
Darknut's Armor Textures
Darknut's Creature Textures (so far only installed Morrowind)
Better dieties (Azura, Almalexia, and Vivec god)
Visual pack (mvp-30rc1)
Connary's textures (could not get 2nd half of "Connary's Bsa")
Mesh Improvements v 1.7.1
Correct UV rocks v 10
Slartibartfast's texture fix v 2.0
Better books 1.0
Vurt's Hi-Res Menubook & Scroll Pack
Extreme Textures II (SpellFX)
Alternate Enchanted item icons
Oblivion septims
Realistic Blood v1.0
Weathered Signs 1.1
Herbalism For Purists (Pearl bug edit by BTB)
Quick Char 1.2

And I added these mods too:

Slof's better beasts 1.2.
Windows glow 2.2.
Animal realism (Animal Behaviour).

As you can see, I have some items in the installers screen that have text in yellow background. I read the text file, I can't find any explanation for that.
Also, in the installers screen some diamonds are yellow. I understand that means they have some elements overwritten by subsequent mods. Some of these are fine and expected. However:

I think the "enchanted items" mod is not working. I chose the less-glaring choice, and I see what looks like the original enchanted ring icon. This is based on the ring everyone gets when they start the game for the first time. This does not show up in the mods tab, so I cannot edit the file date in WM. I have tried moving it to last, and that doesn't help. I suspect some of my other mods aren't working for whatever same reason. There are 5 textures listed as "mismatched" and "dirty" in the "enchanted items" mod.

I am a WM noob, and basically a mods noob; but I am very proficient in computer operations. I am not using mlox (yet?). Can you help please? What should I do?

I'm more familiar with using the Installers tab for Oblivion but for those mods with a yellow/orange/amber highlight/background right-click each mod and choose Anneal (or Anneal All)

The yellow diamonds mean (I think) that other installers are overwriting some of the files in that install package.

And I'm biased but definitely run mlox (with the latest update). You don't need the MCP Showcase plugin and I'm pretty sure you only need one of Slof's Better Beasts plugins.

Be sure to check the readme that comes with Slof's Better Beasts. You definitely should not be running all of those. I also think there may be a problem with Slof;s and Liz Tail's, though I'm not certain.

I'm pretty sure there would be trouble trying to run Slof's and LizTail's BB at the same time, as they're modifying the same thing. Likely trouble running Better Clothes and Better Clothes N.A.C at the same time, as that's the same thing too. Better to use the latter there, as it doesn't bug anyone about sewing kits.

Thanx, Dragon32, that did it for BB. I worked out the other yellow lines otherwise. Yeah, I am not sure I am really getting better clothes, they don't look that good. I don't have both the esm's checked in the filter box. Should I delete the other esm? I was under the impression that Slof's package had more beasts covered, and want them too, independant of what LizTail's pkg does. So maybe if I move it up in the order (edit file date) above LizTail's? About mlox: the simpler the better. If I see a reason I really need it, I will install it then.

Slof's is a body replacer for beast races... Argonians and Khajiit. The different versions in the packge deliver different versions to choose from, but you only get to pick one version. One version is a retextured more beastlike body, and the other version is more mammalian, with female Argonians and KhaJIIt sporting human-like briasts and external genitalia on the males. The neck fix fixes a seam error in the necks of one of the beast versions. I think the civilized version may not have tails, and have more human appearing feet.

Liz tail's gives animations to beast race tails and offers retextured bodies, I think... though I've never used it.

You're new to mods, especially Morrowind mods.... yeah, I highly recommend checking out Mlox.
Very helpful if you don't know all your mods intimately, which can take many months to do.

And reading the instructions in the ReadMe files is vital to not messing things up with incompatible esps.
