Issue with All forms of MGE; It's an eyesore, need help fixi

So, I recently installed MGE XE, not realizing that my Graphics card didn't support the shader version, so it kept crashing on me.

So I reverted back to Rev 161, because of my computer and how little it can handle. [I got mge most for screenshots].

Anyways, After sifting through all the various versions of MGE, I realized that this issue is not directly-caused by any version, so I am unawhere of whether it is a setting or software issue itself.

Also, rather then over-exert myself trying to explain something I am clueless about, I'll show you some pictures that identify the issue.

[The issue persists, regardless of the changes in quality to the Distant-Land settings and creation.}

[Mind-you, the mud textures for the buildings in-the distance arn't their applied textures. Those "applied textures," Will not show until I get close.

What is the issue here!?

That message at the top says your card isn't made by ATI or nVidia. Do you have a card or integrated graphics? Or is the message bogus?
