Hey guys sorry to bother everyone but no matter where I look I can't seem to find any information on this.
I finally made it to the LR dlc after battling through DM, HH, and OWB and now that I finally made it to where the Eliot Riot gear should be... its GONE. As in there is no Sniper rifle there, no .308 ammo lying around, and the body with the armor on it is missing.

Are there some requirements for this gear to appear that I don't know of? Or did I just get royally shafted? If I have to I will use console commands to get it but man what a buzz kill after working my [censored] off to get it.
