Im looking for some help! My achievements arent unlocking on Fallout New Vegas, I dont know if its from me installing Mods, Or if it's just a glitch/bug.

If someone could help, that would be great!

Whenever you use the console, then achievements are disabled for that session. You will need to restart the game.
