I need help finding what this guy is talking about in this YouTube video:

He talks about a program called "Daggerfall Install" that comes with all the bug fixes already on there, along with mod add-ons and everything. Does anyone know what he is talking about, and where I can find it if at all possible? This sounds interesting, since I've always installed it with the CD using DosBox and all... Can someone help me find this please?
