Has anyone done a "Refurbish" mod fo New Vegas? : Fallout: New Vegas

I just started up the Ultimate Edition tonight and one the first things that came up was all those messages from the DLCs. Has anyone come up with a mod that has them kick in at more appropriate times than when you first walk out the door, like there was for Oblivion and Fallout 3?

I was sure there was one. I just checked my load order and the one I use is http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/42033.

It stops the annoying messages that display when a new DLC is loaded, and requires that you be within a certain distance of the broadcast location before you can pick up the radio signal. Once you do have the signal, you have to listen to the WHOLE thing in order to get the quest and map marker for the location.

Yeah thanks, I just found that one a short while ago. You'd think they'd come up with a better way of adding those in, especially for new games.

I'm using Delay DLC as well, definitely nice.
