Another little something I did for myself. Basically, it adds more variety to the levelled lists. Copy and paste from the readme, below:

DESCRIPTION

LLL adds a bit more variety to the levelled lists in Morrowind, Tribunal and Bloodmoon.
You will generally find more kinds of items (for example, clothing) and have a chance to find some of the rarer ones on bandits, in stores, tombs, etc.
Things are still balanced: the chance of finding an "excellent" (Adamantium, Glass or Ebony) piece of weapon or armor is about 10% or less. The chance of finding Daedric weapons is about 1%, while the chance of finding Daedric Armor is lower still, more likely to be around 1 on a thousand. Also, better equipment added to the lists will start to show up in shops and loot only a few levels after it starts appearing in the hands of enemies.
"Rare" items like special armor (Royal Guard, Indoril, Templar, etc.) may show up with similar chances to "excellent" items. Among this are items from the expansions, or somewhat exotic but useless stuff like slave's bracers, gondolier helms, and the like.
Things are more "relaxed" for clutter, clothing and stuff like that. This is intentional, partly because those lists are mostly for flavour, and partly because a chance of finding something valuable in an house gives thieves a reason for burglary.
I haven't touched ingredients: I think there are mods that already do a very good job at this.
All in all, the mod should be balanced enough. You are not going to trip over Glass and Daedric when you walk through Balmora, but you'll now have a reason to visit shops and the thrill of the chance of actually finding something valuable in loot.
Of course, if you're a fan of balancing mods and think the game already gives out too much valuables, this is likely not your thing.

INSTALLATION
*****************************************************************
This mod requires Morrowind and both Tribunal and Bloodmoon.
Just copy the plugin in your "morrowind/data files" directory and check the plugin.
Please note: in case you are not aware, the game will only apply the changes to levelled lists from the last mod it loads.
So, to enjoy this mod properly, you'll have to use one of the many utilities that merge the different levelled lists from the mods you are using. There are quite a few around (including a function of Wrye Mash) and it's a pretty easy thing to do.

KNOWN ISSUES
*****************************************************************
None that I'm aware of.

CREDITS

This mod has been inspired by Bantari's Richer World, so I feel credit is due.
And as always, my thanks to the people on Wolflore forums for being so nice and supportive.
