I want a sniper charcter but I have never played one.If anyone ever has can you tell me some good skills,perks,companions,or sniper rifles I can get near the start?Thanks in advanced.P.S. I have no DLCs and I'm ok with mods.

I've finished whole game with my experimental sniper build and I thought it was ok. If you want it, check "my sniper build" topic. It should be on the first page. If it doesn't seem ok, you can look for different builds on the web.
