For those who played Bioshock

As I'm playing through both of the games at roughly the same time, I am finding a very very large similarity in the two personalities of Andrew Ryan and Robert House.

Though this may change the farther I get, I've never seen Mr. Ryan's face, he is merely a smug face on a screen. I recall the voices being very similar, and there is even an easter egg achievement for Mr. House that refers to him.

What do you guys think?

There's a further link in that both actors were on the same TV show.

But it's quite clear Mr. House is an expy of Howard Hughes, whereas Ryan is a thinly veiled expy of Ayn Rand. I'd say they differ more than they share, House is a statist who's style of government is a form of enlightened absolutism whereas Ryan's "style of governement" is libertarian (or was before the contradictions inherent in his utopia forced him to compromise his values).
