So does Yes Man make anyone else nervous?

In the independent end, Yes Man talks to you and says he is going to install an upgrade to make himself more assertive. I don't know about anyone else but that seems like he'll betray the Courier eventually.

I believe Mr. House left a digital version of himself just in case things don't go his way, and what yes man is using as a upgrade is just Mr. House coming back.

nah i always took it he was going to upgrade himself to either run vegas without the courier needing to babysit him (as the worst) or upgrade himself to only obey the courier, one of the devs said that the latter was intended to be implyed, but alot of people think yesman will go skynet on the mojave

Probably a leftover line from when they were gonna let you play after the end. It would explain why the Courier could do quests and leave the newly independent Vegas in the hands of a robot who will listen to anybody who walks into the Lucky 38.
