psychological test gives wrong skills?

This is strange - I started again following a recent DiD attempt and completed the psychological test in Doc Mitchell's house. The test gave me the tag skills Lockpick, Melee and Sneak but when I've done the test on the wiki and noted the results I got Medicine, Survival and Sneak.

Is there any reason for this? I've no mods loaded. I didn't choose any answer that gave the Lockpick skill and although I did choose answers related to melee, I also chose answers related to Guns an equal number of times.

If my character is basing his tag skills on the test, then yes. Sorry if I didn't explain this. Also I'm curious. I can't believe it's an error within the game as surely it would have happened to others. So a glitch or bug I assume.

Anyway, which one do I trust - the game or the wiki?
