I want to purchase this on steam while it still has the crazy sale going on but i want to know if this will work on windows 7 properly given my specs.

i have the xbox edition already but would kill to have a portable modable version to play on.

You can run on it, But don't expect it to run smooth, You may expect a lot of lag.
