A slightly different MQ?

This is partly a modlist for anyone interested in a similar playthrough, partly request for suggestions.

So I've pretended to run a game through Shadowkey(not having an NGage svcks in that regard), ran through Arena and Daggerfall, and it's finally time for my Dunmer to be released from his apparant treason to the Empire, to save it once again and fulfill the Nerevarine prophecies. Up until this point, he's been very loyal to his emperor, but having supported the emperor and his Blades during Daggerfall, he's a bit angry at being thrown in the dungeons for supposedly helping the Underking, the Orcs, and the King of Worms. I'm trying to set up a game where he'll start out aiding the Blades by habit, but after recieving Corprus, joining the Sharmat until the end, and siding once again with the Empire(only to rot in the Imperial City dungeons for ~6 years until his old friend passes through).

I'm aware that some of the mods(Julan and GHD particularly) don't play all that well together at later points in the game, but they're workable, and a Main Quest without Julan is like tomato soup without grilled cheese. I'm looking for mods that will work well alongside the main quest, moving along as if it were part of the base game. Again, from the list, the core mods here are:

Great House Dagoth
The Tribe Unmourned
Greater Dwemer Ruins
Mountainous Red Mountain
Julan
Restoring Rain's Hand Hall
Main Quest Enhancers

If you know of any mods that would make the experience even more incredible, I'm all ears. I'm not including Immersive Chargen because it just butchers my framerate, though it does make for a great introduction to Morrowind, especially for this playthrough. I'm especially interested in Main Quest mods, and debating whether or not to go Redoran(The PC here is't self-serving enough to be a Telvanni, and not a fan of the Empire, so that rules out Hlaalu). PAX Redoran is out, because of some campatability issue with ash statues with GHD. Post-Main Quest, if everything goes to plan he'll have forgiven the Empire enough that he's willing to work with it again

As for expansions, with all the awesome mods in the works, like Sotha Sil Expanded, and the Bloodmoon Overhaul(though it'll probably be a while until they're released), I'm a bit wary of heading to those areas for a while. I've been thinking about adding Ald-Vendras, LoKKen, and Witchwood. New lands that fit in with the world and don't conflict with TR are very much welcome.

Those who have played "Vivec's Fate," I've never run this mod, will it be odd playing alongside GHD? I'm leaning toward the route of destroying the heart, rather than being an ally of Dagoth the whole time.
Those of you who have had similar playthroughs, do you have any advice, especially regarding issues with the core mods above?

I have played those mods together and didn't find anything odd about it at all...however...the way you are thinking of playing this, particularly freeing the Heart while playing through GHD might be a problem. I don't see a way to do spoiler tags in the post so if you want to know exactly what the snag is, send me a private message and I'll tell you. Or I could tell you in the thread if you don't mind a story spoiler.
