Which optimization tool?

It has been an exciting summer with many updates to many of my favorite mods. While anticipating a few more releases (OOO 1.35 final, UOP 3.5, COBL, ) I took the opportunity to wipe my hard drive, rebuild and update various software. Updating and changing my load order, repackaging, and rewriting my wizards is the (sadistic yet) fun part.

Which optimization tool would be recommended:

PyFFI or NIFOpt?

BSAOpt or DDSOpt?

I hope to optimize as much as I can, since I intend to run a heavy mod order. The time required to optimize is not an issue (as some updates may be a while out yet. They come when they come, and I am grateful)
Previously I PyFFIed, then ran BSAOpt. Admittedly, my knowledge was woefully lacking then (and probably still is). I believe I chose PyFFI because it had fewer bugs at that time. Presently, I am uncertain, since NIFOpt has had time to squash the bugs.

Any advice or considerations that i should bear in mind would be most welcome
