Vibrant Skies 4.0 is out. You'll have to download it as it will not be apart of Vibrant Morrowind 4.0 I've decided to make it it's own release.

Nice and colorful, being a fantasy game i think we modders sometimes tries too hard making stuff look (too) realistic hehe
