Haven't played for a week and now I cannot login "Cannot connect to Multiplayer Please check your network .."

Is anyone else having this problem currently (i.e. server maintenance)? If not any tips on troubleshooting?! (I created a new test account and same result so presumably not account related)

Open up the console on startup and tell me if you see a bunch of 'failed to the bind to port' stuff.

It's the same for everyone.

Stuck at LOGGING IN, and when I finally got in, there were 10 people playing total.

I then restarted my game and can't get in again!

Glad to see it not just me .. mine seems to have fixed itself at least temporarily. To check if it was the computer I backed up using steam (max edition) and installed on my laptop and it logged in straight away .. when I signed out and went back to the gaming pc it logged in as well .. probably completely unrelated but at least I now have a backup of the game files and won't need to download them again if I stuff something up

EDIT: Now that I have finished dinner and actually want to play .. no surprise I cannot log in again! Hopefully they will fix it soon.

Don't worry, they're just patching the game.

Nah, I guess Gamespy or so was down. Happens from time to time
