i was wondering if there was lore about a gnome race ? if not what you guys/girls think if they were implemented into the lore?

The closes thing we have to gnomes are wood elves because of their size.. But other than that there are no similiarities. So no.

No Gnomes in the lore that I'm aware of, but their addition wouldnt paticularly fit in terms of a race. Personally, I just find it hard to take Gnomes seriously.
