I'm working on a mod that includes a very small island, and I'm looking to put it near Sadrith Mora, between Vvardenfell and first map of TR. I haven't found any mods that place landmass of any size within the Inner Sea, but since I might have missed one or two, I thought I'd ask everyone here if they know of any.

Try using Rougetet's http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=185628&id=6000, sadly not kept up to date since 2008. Still, there's information on about 7500 mods in there.
