How shall I give ownership of a house to 2 npcs?
Is this possible?

If you want both NPCs to own something, make a new faction, with the two of them as members. Then give that faction ownership of the cell, doors, clutter, etc.

Eh by faction rights...
I created a common faction for roomates and give ownership to the faction.
