Who should I ally with and who should I destroy?

Basically I'm running an independant playthrough and I was curious who you think I should help. I'm wanting Vegas/Mojave to be powerful but safe. My character is morally good These are my current reputations/decisions;

Boomers - Allied
Freeside - Idolized
Goodsprings - Liked
Great Khans - liked (convinced them to break from the Legion and leave the Mojave)
Powder gangers - vilified
NCR - mixed
Legion - accepted
BOS - not contacted

I'm curious how you think I should continue/change?

You can ally with everyone! Except the Legion. They don't like independent places.

Crush the Brotherhood of Steel, they will most likely be a threat to Vegas at some point. Make sure to deal with the Powder Gangers AND the Vault 19 Powder Gangers.

Whopps didn't read that part.

If your going Indy join the brotherhood.
I mean c'mon, they aren't going to attack their own member!

True but they might attack my securitron army...
I'm not sure whether I should hinder the NCR to weaken them in the mojave and help the Legion, knowing I can destroy the legion with my securitrons at the fort. Or leave them be?

The best outcome I find is to do everything Pro NCR, then finish as Indy.

The Legion will try to kill you even if you are friendly to them. Also weaken the NCR as much as you can.Or you could nuke em both.

Do you want to peacefully make the NCR leave, or do you want to drive them out?

Well in that case I may weaken both the NCR and Legion. I want the NCR to leave by peaceful means but also due to the fact their frontline supplies are poor.

Kill off the Khans. Either they stay in the Mojave and continue raiding and drug pushing, or they leave and form a rival nation that could threaten your power.

Kill the Brotherhood to. They'll want the technology of the Dam and the Securitrons for themselves and won't look kindly on you sharing it with the Wasteland.

Maybe keep the Vault Powder Gangers so they'll continue attacking the NCR.

Get the Misfits addicted to psycho. They'll tear the Legion a new one, then turn on caravans, fostering backlash against the NCR and disrupting their retreat.

In the same vein, play along with King's Gambit Moore's way. Once all the Kings are dead, go to James Garret to and pay 1,500 caps to erase your bad rep. Not only will have crushed the stubbornly independent power of Freeside (though you probably should kill the Van Graffs as well) and left it ripe for the taking, your mob connection will erase your part in it, leaving the NCR with all the blame. Once the battle is over, your Securitrons can roll in with no resistance, and you'll look like a big damn hero for kicking out the NCR.

Oh, and kill the Fiends. That goes without saying.

And what of everyone else?
For example, the Boomers?

What I've sorted up roughly is this

Erradicated factions:
- Powder Gangers
- White Glove
- Fiends
- House
- B.O.S
- (great Khans leave)

Allies:
- Boomer
- Goodsprings
- The Tops
- Jacobstown
- Followers
- Freeside
- Novac
- Westside
- North Vegas

Out Right Enemies:
- NCR
- Legion
- Gomorrah

That's roughly it :)
