Rivet City people seen in other places : Fallout 3

In my game I've been seeing Rivet City guards and people in places where they shouldn't be, Big Town, outside of Silver's shack, Andale. It doesn't happen all the time, but I see them. Guards mostly. Ugh! Technically I CAN disable mods one at a time or disable all mods and enable slowly, but that could take forever because of how randomly I see people from Rivet City in other places. It's a longshot, but is there someone who has had this problem previously and knows the answer?

In the meantime, I supponse I could make some wild guesses based on nothing and visit the nexus comments pages. Starting with Mothership Zeta Crew.

Edit: I just checked my old topic about this and it seems that I should update Remastered, as mine is from March 29 2012. Hope it works.
