What was it exactly that made Tiber Septim a god? Was it his faith, his actions, or what?

Does anyone know if he even wanted to become a Divine? Do you think he likes being worshiped?

All I see in Talos is the fact that he rose up and united Tamriel under one rule. Is that to say that if someone else did the same thing they to would be a Divine?

His deeds were so magnificent that, when he died, the race of men elevated his greatness into godliness. (my opinion)

It obviously wasnt his nice personality or accepting disposition (He HATED the Orsimer)

Wasn't it the fact that he, Ysmir and Zurin Arctus recreated the beginning of mundus that allowed them to mantle Lorkhan?
