This part of the book has been bugging me. I know that the logical conclusion would be that she is talking about the Dwemer, but some things don’t add up like being born anew OUTSIDE and having the wind and the sun against their skin.
On one hand we can consider the source and say that she just doesn’t know what she is talking about AND there is that frustrating four word sentence of “We belong here inside”
OR
Appearance changing magic does exist in the elder scrolls, hell we even got a “face sculptor” now. So…could a tribe of Falmer change their appearance to look like the Nords?
