Hey everyone, I'm having a problem and can not move forward in the game (FNV PC). I've just started a new game after a fresh install and I can't get any further than seeing Doc Mitchell, and making my character. When I try to select my attributes from the machine it will not let me so at that point my only options is to quit the game. I've started the game several times with the same results. I don't know what to do....it is truly a weird problem. Any ideas?

I guess I could try just uninstalling the game and reinstall a fresh copy, then see what happens? It's a strange problem I know.

So he tells you to go the the Vitality Machine, you go over and it doesn't let you click it?

No it lets me click the hell out of it, that's all it lets me do. So I start with Strength and I make it 7, then Perception I make 6 on and on until I finish with Luck. Then it says I still have 8 points to spend, and I say What? So anyway I start scrolling backward through the attribute lists when I notice a pattern that all of them are 7's. So I'm at Strength again and bump it up 8, then they all turn to 8 and it just keeps on looping. You can't get out of the Vito session because you can never properly assign your attributes. I've tried it 3 times last night and once this morning: no luck. It's ironic that I've played so many hours and now I can't even get out of Doc Mitchells door. LOL
