FrozenFeral Falmer + "WINGED FORMS" ReportDiscussion

Sorry for that Wall of Text.

I already made a thread about Warmongers and their rapid re-evolution.
http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1403788-warmongers-and-falmer-city-invasions-imminent/
But I've seen something pretty small, yet possibly important.

So in DG we may met 2 groups of "non-civilized" Falmer:

Frozen Falmer, that most of you met
and
Feral Falmer - in the Darkfall Grotto

about Ferals^
(...)They can only be found inside Darkfall Grotto accessed through the waterfall in the Forgotten Vale. They have slaughtered several Falmer and Chaurus inside the former Falmer village.
They are particularly notable because their body shape, particularly their heads, are distinctly more beast-like than normal Falmer, including a lack of lips, completely absent noses, and almost completely smooth upper heads where the regular Falmer have distinct eyebrows and eye sockets--a shape only shared by the Frozen Falmer in the Chantry of Auri-El, who were presumably frozen that way when they stormed it, (relatively) soon after their blinding by the Dwemer.

This indicates the Feral Falmer may be what the Falmer were before their relatively recent apparent rise in intelligence and cultural complexity.
They lack any form of apparel and move noticeably faster than their more-heavily armored brethren. Feral Falmer only use Falmer Swords.(...)

from ESW (sry for that ESW content, UESP is lacking that:/)

ALSO: the Frozen Ones(at least Shaman) have wing like protrusions from their backs. (will be later explained)

Also: In game files name these Frozen and Feral Guys - per "FalmerVampireFeral" even going with "FalmerVampireFeralWings".
Hmm...I have 3 theories:
Vyrthur changed them
a dev's production nickname
a Feral Falmer infected with Vampirism(but how and when? then. So many question, so little answers...)

1st have one bright point: Ancient Falmer Crown. It's cheeks are batwing-shaped - I see an obvious connection here. It was almost certainly a Vyrthur headpiece. But it was scrapped.
Why? I suppose devs scrapped the idea of the Snow Elves making Crowns(before falmerization)in the shape of the bat, thus venerating vampires.

Overall Conclusion: Falmers haven't changed their uber-devolved form of "Frozen Falmer" until very recently, based on that there are Feral Falmers still roaming there. Judging by their shortspans(due to their ever-spawning waves of warriors, they genetically must have triggered the so-called "Altmer Fertility Boost Protocol" which would improve greatly their evolution rate.

Important Question(s):
HOW did the Falmers developed wings on their backs?
When did they threw this mutation(?) away and why?
Why did they began that super-rapid re-evolution? what was the catalyst?

Further Conclusions:
The Falmer removed the factor that mutated them(combined with mushrooms?) from their environment/diet/anything (they were so mutated they started to grow WINGS?!). But then, what it was? Aetherium? When? and How?
or/and
The Falmer just had some help from the outside. It wasn't the Vuyrthur becasue he didn't care and sat on that throne for ages. So who did jumstart their revolution? Maybe the same person/s that fuel their invasion plans? Someone who hates Nedes? A Snow Elf remnant? We may see. DLC inbound?

Its explained that Vrythur was controlling the falmer that attacked the chantry of auriel, hence why he was unscathed why all were slaughtered around him. Noting that there were only feral falmer in those places where the chantry was hit, its possible that he infected them all with vampirism or something, which could theoretically explain the wings for some (especially if you say that there was vampire in their game files) and why these fight agaisnt the normal falmer who have had a rise in their inteligence. We only know that mushrooms caused their blindness, the devolving is another mystery, possibly the aetherium war, explained in another thread.
