I'm looking to hop back onto Oblivion for some pure mage fun. What I'd like to know is what should my second favorite attribute should be, if I choose the Atronach birthsign?

Intelligence makes sense as being by first one, but is Willpower a smart choice, since I won't be regenerating magicka anyways? Is it best to choose it just for it's skill boosts anyways?

Also, which would you prefer with the Atronach birthsign, Altmer or Breton?
