I've just started playing NV again and am doing a DiD playthrough on hardcoe.

I need a good, fun build however. I've been thinking of both a Cyber Ninja and an explosives Shock Trooper. I don't know which one to pick or what stats and perks they require though.

Suggestions of any other builds or help for those above?
