Captain Mae West -

She continued her stare until a voice addressing her broke it.

"Hi there. Colonel Mael Radec. United States Military. United States 9th Army, 2nd Special Forces Operations Division - Shadow, 1st Brigade. Whats yours"?

She glanced at his impressive wares. She couldnt for the life of her remember what the United States specialized in. Regaurdless, she introduced herself nicely. Colonel was a high rank in NCR, she assumed it was in the US Military as well. "My, that's a lot to swallow. Captain Mae West of the NCR. It's a pleasure, Colonel."

Stov'kien- Legion

Stov took a quick step back as a noise came from his knees. He looked down and saw a shiny dog thingy. What in Mars is that?!?! He thought. He looked down at the dog and spoke hesitantly.

Uhhh... Did you use words? Dogs bark, not talk."

This was strange, the rock dog scared him.

Colonel Mael Radec
"Ya, dosent everyone have a brain".

"Its more like this. What if we fly into your airspace and started to mobilizable near your borders hmmmmmmmmm? Your nation would act with caution and go onto a defensive mobilization".

Radec did not no why he growled uncontrollably.

"Are you going through puberty"?

Colonel Mael Radec
"Hello Captain West. What army are you stationed in? Any special forces? I am just curious, because I barely know anything about NCR, nor our whole nation, except your the first pre war nation to rise from the ashes".

Joshua Smith

He heard it again the DOG WAS TALKING. He started freaking out and running around the building. He shouted, "This is madness! THE DOG IS TALKING! I'm acting strange! WHAT IS GOING ON?!" He ran to the dog and said, "Do it again. I want to make sure this is real." He then shouted, "DOES ANYONE ELSE NOT THINK THAT A TALKING DOG IS STRANGE!?" He ran around more and all of a sudden he felt hungry. He grabbed a mutfruit and chowed down on it and threw it away. He then tripped on the floor and fell down. He balled up into a fetal position and began rocking back and forth. He eventually just fell asleep on the cool granite flooring.

Leo Chambers - The Palace

"Ya, Military standards. Though, half the time, I dont follow it, and usually my close friend Stratson would always tell me to follow it. Your really quiet are you? "

Leo looked back at the man. " I guess. " He didn't like the man, therefore he saw no reason to be anything other than quiet around him.

A rather attractive woman walked up and took a spot beside the Paladin. He'd never had much contact with women, aside from those in a squad he commanded. Leo figured since he got along with most all his brothers and sisters that talking to a female outsider would be simple enough.

Just then though, Joshua replied. Leo told the man they could speak later. It was too confusing and loud now. The man went crazy soon after, yelling about something the behemoth had said then fell to the ground.

The Paladin marveled at the behemoth called Stov'kien. He remembered the outsider woman near him though. He turned to her. " Hello miss, erhm, nice to meet you. " He was rather unsure how to handle outsiders, almost always dealing with Knights and Paladins had left him socially awkward in normal surroundings. Around brothers he was fine and dandy now though, it was all very strange.

Colonel Mael Radec
Radec looked, quizzical. When he said "Puberty", it activated something. He went into a fetal position, which was awkward to him.

"Ummmmmm, your pretty weird".

Barkley

Barkley walked over too Joshua, and hiked his leg over him. He then stepped back a little bit.
"Are you awake now,Yes I am a talking dog.My Master installed a voice chip inside of me after he brought me back to life."
Barkley walked back to Stov'Kien.
"I don't believe you told ne your name yet mine is Barkley."

Captain Mae West -

"Hello Captain West. What army are you stationed in? Any special forces? I am just curious, because I barely know anything about NCR, nor our whole nation, except your the first pre war nation to rise from the ashes".

She took a deep breath. She didn't want to bore him with NCR lore, but he was inquiring. "We were the first! HopefulIy not the last. I was dispatched from Shady Sands and assigned to different areas of the republic. The furthest being the Mojave Wastes. Before this tour, I was a senior officer for the best sniper batallion out there."

"What's your story? I've heard the US has expanded immensely! Wish I could say the same for NCR." She smiled.

SIgma and Joshua Smith
When Joshua fell asleep he had a dream he was falling into a deep abyss. He reached the bottom and saw the Sigma AI personality sittting on a stool. Sgima stood up when Joshua reached the bottom and said, "I've been waiting for you to open up Joshua. You see the BRUTE armor is driving you insane. I am here to offer you a sane way out of this and you get the power of the armor. YOU MUST FREE ME FROM MY PROGRAMMING. You see I am stuck as not being a personality and like that I cannot live to my full potential."

Joshua asked, "Why is it making me behave like a dog?"

Sigma responded, "That is your dominant side coming out. If you free me I can teach you to control it."

Joshua said, "I will consider it."

Sigma said, "I hope you will make the right choice." After that Joshua awoke and held the Sigma AI chip in his hand. He released Sigma and he appeared smaller scale than in the dream.

He told everyone, "I am sorry for that outbreak. Sigma here has promised me to help control that."

Sigma said, "Indeed I only hope to make this expedition as convenient for everyone as possible."

Stov'kien- Legion

Stov'kien looked from the bickering midgets to the talking rock dog to the insane metal man and sighed. Yes, were going to die, I wish I had Juh'vie and Stell'shie with me the three of us could have done much better than all of these humans. He looked at the talking dog again and hesitated before answering the dog.

"I'm Stov'kien, warrior of the "Legion" clan and leader of this trip. It's... Nice to meet you Barkley."

This was all so odd, these metal people scared him. Stov opened his messenger bag and took out a small blue LED light. He then put it up to his eyes and breathed slowley and strongly. It was so... Blue and... Bright. He could get lost in the light for hours but he decided to save it for the trip. For some reason this "electical" magic only lasted for a little while.

Colonel Mael Radec
"Interesting. My story is long and bloody. I will give you the short version".

Radec takes a deep breath.

"I was born on 2270, in Pittsburgh. In one term, Pittsburgh was a hellhole. Moved to the D.C when I was 7, at least it was not that horrible than the Pitt. Moved into Bethesda, just when the formation of the U.S commenced. My parents, Scavengers joined up the Early U.S Armed Forces, and inspired me to join. When I was 18, I graduated from Bethesda High-school. I got accepted into the Washington Military College in outer D.C. Politics, History, Philosophy, all the intelligent arts. I went into extreme combat training also".

"Then, I graduated, and I was assigned to the 9th Army "aka, the Horde", "2nd SFOD-S", 1st Brigade and started out as a NCO, a Sergeant".

"I then got my first combat action on 2295, during the Fractured War. It was ruins and hell for 8 months, but I killed loads of Ronto men, and hampered there armored divisions. After that, I was promoted Colonel and given command of "2nd SFOD-S, 1st Brigade.

"And that's that. Other than that, I have a family in Pittsburgh, a wife, and 2 kids".

Barkley

The dog looked at Stov'kien.He could tell that he was not that bright.Then he saw him pull out a flashlight and stare into it.Barkley then walked over to Caesar and looked up at him."You might want to have your slaves clean up a small puddle by the New Englander."
Barkley looked at the New Englander.He had some liquid dropping off of him."Well you might want them to have the slaves clean him up too."

Cpt. Mae West -

She looked puzzled as so many things were going on around her. One of the men started shouting and making holes in the pretty floor.If everyone is this unstable, we are not even going to last the ride there.

She chuckled slightly though at his antics, when the man in impressive power armor turned to her. "Hello miss, erhm, nice to meet you."

She eyed him and cocked her head to the side. She smiled. "Nice to meet you too. Am i supposed to know your name already?"

Leo Chambers - The Palace

She eyed him and cocked her head to the side. She smiled. "Nice to meet you too. Am I supposed to know your name already?"

Leo blushed slightly at the question. He felt like an idiot being so clueless. " My name is Leo Chambers, Paladin Commander of the Brotherhood of Steel. " A memory came floating back to Leo one where a young Squire man was talking to a female. He grabbed her rear and she giggled, the Paladin supposed maybe that's what men and women did as well. But the youngsters he'd seen were showing signs of attraction. Leo thought it wise to follow this custom. Maybe he should do this with an outside female, maybe they were different. He'd never done anything of the sort with the Brotherhood but this was a strange land.

The Paladin leaned over and squeezed the woman's rear. She looked surprised instantly. The man was sure he'd done something wrong.
