BOSS and Wrye Bash errors by dynehima

Hi, I'm posting this in both the Fallout 3 and Skyrim forums: http://www.gamesas.com/forum/36-fallout-3-pc-issues/ and http://www.gamesas.com/forum/180-pc/ I wrote the Fallout 3 one first. http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1405094-boss-and-wrye-bash-errors-by-dynehima/

In both Skyrim and FO3 I am having an issue, it's a modding issue but the tools used for modding are what are giving me said issues, this leads me to believe that it's more of a PC issue than a mod issue. Seeing as how this is the Fallout 3 Forum, I'll give the details of the errors from the Fallout 3 prespective.

I got a copy of Fallout 3 with all the DLCs as a present so I installed it. I played through the missions, collected items, armed myself to the teeth, ect, ect. Now I always used the Fallout.exe to launch it, never used the actual launcher itself. I'd heard about mods and found a whole bunch I'd be interested in (Thanks to GopherVids by Gopher). I did some reading and found I needed 3 different resources to be able to use the mods or I would have conflict between mods that wanted to change the same things. Namely, I downloaded BOSS, Wrye and the Nexus Mod Manager, all in their latest versions.

I installed the Mod Manager and when I use it to select the main agme and DLCs it launches directly into the game foregoing the launcher. But when I use it for Skyrim it takes me to the launcher, and when I press play the launcher kind of closes and reopens for a second. I press play again and it does it again. I used the direct .exe and Skyrim launched perfectly.

I managed to install BOSS and found it was intended to work for both my games. Then I installed Wrye, the one for Fallout 3 and the one for Skyrim. When I tried to run BOSS however it recognized that I had both games, but when I selected which one I wanted it to run for, it told me the .esm wasn't found. This is strange because right now I'm paused in the middle of a fight between myself and Enclave Soldiers as I write this. (And no, I'm not running Fallout 3 while trying to run BOSS.) Next, I decided to forego the BOSS tool and jump into Wrye. Well, it failed in a way that it didn't detect a game at all to mod, so I downloaded Wrye v.299 and got this back:

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "Wrye Bash Launcher.pyw", line 33, in

File "bash\bash", line 293, in main
File "zipextimporter.pyo", line 92, in load_module
File "bash\bosh.pyo", line 61, in
ImportError: cannot import name FileError

So, is there something wrong with BOSS and/or Wrye? Or am I doing something wrong?

Windows 7 is updated to latest version, so is my graphics card. I'm gonna situate myself in the http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?app=ipchat to await anyone who is willing to help me with this 1 on 1. (PLEASE CLICK MY NAME dynehima AND SELECT PRIVATE CHAT, I'LL BE THERE IN A FEW MOMENTS IF I DON'T RESPOND A.S.A.P.) Need any additional info? Please ask and I'll post.
