Houstan now called Fredericksburg.

Fredericksburg is a very large city,probaply the largest in North America.The streets have been rebuilt. Large Fountains are located on every townsquare.There is a large section of the city called little Germany.In the middle of Little Germany is a large number of statures representing the HGE's and KoT's triumphent victory over the NRE.Frederick Palace is now complete and is in the center of the City.It is surrounded by a large wall with four towers, each tower is armed with a Geronimo gun.On the way to the palace lies four roads,These roads have golden statues of Frederick on each side.Inside the walls that surround Fredericks palace is a large seven story building surrounded by a large pond.There is one road that into Fredericks palace and that road has evan more golden statues of Frederick.

Radec was on the Command Deck with several others of the high ranking AE officials. Among others included officials from the AE protectorate and friend NRE. Queen Lanco of the Hellenic Empire. Emperor Nas'rha Karken of the Advent. President Robert Bainsfield of the Madeira Republic. Prime Minister Arthur York of the Commonwealth of South Africa. President Alexsandr Kuskov. And Doctor Evelyn Batton.

Radec spoke, revealing a whole map of Earth, and each nation’s territories and colors.

“Leaders of nations, I have brought you hear today for a brief on Operation Condign”.

Radec takes a breath.
“In the event of our nations, almost close to brink defeat, Thanatos will be launched”.

The map then shows symbols on all nations. Texas was dubbed “Knight”. Legion was dubbed “War”. NEC was “North”. HGE was dubbed “Crusader”. Italy was “Wine”. MWBOS was “Nike”. ROA was “Second Empire”. Ronto was “3^rd Empire”. PRB was “Money”. NCR was “Ashes”.

“Now, if you are wondering why I put some of our allies or neutral nations, because Thanatos will spread like wildfire. In the occurrence our allies or neutral nations turn on us, they will also be a target. Buster Guns which launch it, will be controlled from Operators on Earth, or Citadel Station can take control of it in an event they are killed”.

Radec then pressed a button, showing several maps of each protectorate nation and NRE, showing bunkers, and evacuation centers.

“Evacuation Centers will have our “Eden Class Cruisers” on standby, supported by “Tercorien Class Frigates”, 24/7. When the panic occurs, whoever manages to enter the Cruisers and Frigates quickly, will be evacuated. In that, during the panic, the people will still have a chance to take shelter in Vaults, Fortified Metros. Again, whoever manages to get in, will be accepted. Tight restriction on Population will be issued. Food will be supplied with large Hydroponic Farms. Shelters will have Communication facilities. As for those who do not make it, I wish them good luck. Doctor Batton will now explain “Thanatos”.

Doctor Batton got up, and was in her Lab suit and on the screen, started to show pictures about Thanatos.

“Thanatos is a Class – E Virus. Thanatos is a gas like Virus that in terms, infect any living organism and kill them immediately. When the host dies, their bodies then start to replicate the Thanatos virus, spreading. That is all….really”.

She then shows a projection map of Thanatos spreading through Earth. It is astonishing, as Earth would fill with it in an hour. She takes a seat, and Radec goes back up. He then reveals a map of the Solar System.

“Evacuee’s on “Eden Class Cruisers “and “Tercorien Class Frigates” will land on Luna and will be distributed through our several cities, colonies, and installations on Luna and Mercury. I have allocated 10,000 troops from all of our combined militaries on the Moon. I have been transporting more AE citizens in space, and more from all of our nations”.

“Now, since Earth will be lifeless, Tercorien Class Frigates will fire ion torpedoes on Earth, with its plants and organism. Many animals of different Genes have been in Cryostats on Mars”.

Then, Radec went into an inspiring tone.

“And then, while we may lose our home, we will survive and rebuild once more, while we continue on, for the survival of our people with the “Systems Empire” under our rule. Leaders, we will survive”!
