Ghost People Don't Give Exp When Killed - Research

Post » Mon Feb 22, 2010 10:36 pm

Alright, so some people, myself included, aren't getting any exp when we kill Ghost People --- yes, we do dismember the heck out of them. Now, others claim that you must speak to Dog so he shows you how to kill them, and this is required to receive EXP from Ghost People. However, even more troubling is others claiming that Ghost People give exp by default, and there's no need to speak to Dog.

So, what's up? Anyone care to contribute on whether they receive exp or not? Possible fixes?

I got XP killing the ones on the way to the Police station, so you don't need to talk to Dog. I'm sure its just a bug. I hope it passes for those who have it.

And are they definitely not adding to your XP total? Its not just that the XP received indicator isn't showing?

Just pick up some side missions or something after the DLC, there is plenty enough xp to earn in this game. I went into Dead Money LvL 30 and Im only half way thru and i am 33 plus im not getting xp from ghost people either.
