Favorite game of all time - never played PC version

And I REALLY want to. Right now, my computer is a Mac (don't hate me, I need it for audio production), but I will be building a PC for Skyrim and Morrowind (heavily modded :)) when I can afford it.

Anyway, what is available to improve the combat and magic?

What is available in the way of adding new areas to explore? How about enemies?

Sorry for the novice level questions, but I honestly have stayed away from even looking at mods out of depression for not being able to play them. Thanks in advance.

Well there's a lot out there for Morrowind, but in terms of new areas to explore, Tamriel Rebuilt (aims to eventually recreate all mainland morrowind). Adds massive amounts of new land, quests, people. The whole works. All lore friendly too. Project: Cyrodiil's Stirk is cool, but it's just an alpha of an island at the moment (eventually aim to make all cyrodiil in Morrowind). Skyrim: Home of the nords is another such mod in the vein of the rest I've mentioned, but has not released anything yet (just keep an eye on it. I probably don't have to tell you what it aims to do).

As for Combat, I'm not sure but maybe Gratuitous Violence? Changes up combat a lot from vanilla Morrowind.

For Graphics i very much recommed the MGSO (Morrowind Sound and Graphics Overhaul).
