Who forged the Crusader's Relics?

I don't know whether this should go here or in the Oblivion forums, but I'd really like an answer. Pelinal was given his armor by the Eight Divines, as far as I understand, but the UESP leaves a few examples out regarding who made what. According to the UESP, Kynareth was responsible for the boots, Stendarr the gauntlets, Dibella the helm, Zenithar the mace, Julianos the shield, and Arkay the sword. The cuirass and greaves are unattested, though I assume they were forged by Akatosh and Mara. The thing is, I don't know who made what (though if I had to guess, Akatosh created the cuirass because it has a red diamond on it and happens to be the biggest piece of the suit of armor, whereas Mara created the greaves because they defend the knight's loving bits). Frankly, I'm not sure that all of the Eight took part anyway, considering that there was no technical "Eight Divines" until Alessia had already won the rebellion and Pelinal was dead. Since UESP can't confirm and I don't know where to start looking (other than the places that I've already looked), I'm hoping the community can lead me to a relevant search term on TIL. Please help?

That doesn't become a problem if you believe Pelinal came from the future.

It's not likely that gamesas has released the names of who provided what to Pelinal Whitestrake (this, however, is not unheard of with gamesas and Lore.) But, it's likely that they all did have a hand in the creation of the relics: otherwise, how can you explain why Arkay (originally an Elven Diety) worked with Julianos (originally a Nordic deity) to provide Pelinal with his armor and weapons? Alessa had probably already created and/or informed others of the Eight Divines, her taking the throne only made them official.
