I apologize in advance if this has been answered before, but a google search and a forum search didn't help me locate this answer. I am working on creating a new Perk, which will increase some skills while decreasing others. However, when I am editing the abilities, there are only a few listed (Guns, Energy Weapons, Big Guns, etc,) How to I decrease a skill that is not on this list? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
