I've always been on the console with the fallout games, so I was just wondering for some tips? As I have never gamed with a mouse before lol I'm going to have to do some research on how to add mods as well. Never done that before, so no clue how that works. Any tips would be helpful, and i'm sorry for being a complete PC noob to gaming.
