Are there any fixed sellers that always have one to sell?

My next playthrough I plan on a kitty explorer... who relies on skill/luck but not adverse to enchanted items since her magic is nill

Scrolls and potions are nice, but figured amulets would work best for low weight options

The trader in Caldera has a recall for sale and there is a mark in a cave west of Gnaar Mok (you'll have to fight for it)

edit: Edwinna in the mages guild will give you both amulets of intervention if you do her first few quests.

If mods are an option, http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=7817 allows a low level character to obtain a Mark and Recall amulets.

Yeah i was just doing the mages guild quest for edwinna and she gave me both amulets of mark and recall after doing that mission where you gotta goto the dwemer excavation and get the book. (forget which book, either hanging gardens or egg of time)
