I don't have Oblivion on PC, but I'd be interested in getting it on there if there were mods for it to make it more like as described in the First Pocket Guide to the Empire. Jungles in the south, a bigger Colovia/Nibenay split, Sutch, etc.

I know this is vague, but does anyone know of any mods like that.

There's also Silgrad Tower and Elsweyr. Nothing really changing Cyrodiil itself, but lots of work is being done across the borders.
