can i use Omod and Obse together with other mods?

my question is u want to use better cities and unique landscapes and a few more that needs OMOD and Kyoma Journal that needs OBse and i also will use capes and cloaks and armametarium and other mods wich doesnt need any of those can i use all of them?

Read some of the stickied threads in this forum, and do some reading http://tescosi.com/wiki/Main_Page as well.

You will be able to answer your own questions easily, once you know what these things you mention actually are.

edit: Also, knowing how they all work wouldn't hurt, so again, do some reading. It will help immensely, and prevent otherwise quite predictable nightmare situations in the future. Personally, I recommend getting used to BAIN, for installation and uninstallation. It is vastly superior to OBMM (i.e., using OMODs) in almost every way. For that, and for Wrye Bash in general, get http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/35230 and work your way through it.

I second arafel's recommendation. Trust me when I say this because I was also using OBMM when I began modding Oblivion. It was okay at first but I realized Wrye Bash offered superior methods to install and manage mods. Besides that always use BOSS to sort your load order. :biggrin:
