I ate an ampoule pod and now I have to constantly water walk. Does anybody know how to take ingredient effects off? Because the effect goes on for a good while so I don't think it even comes off using all I know.

My guess would be a few minutes at max.

I would say more like 30 seconds.

But you could just wait/rest and the effect should be gone when you wake up.
