I had an idea all you need is Fallout 3 on pc and FWE mod.What you do is start a new game and do the alternate start choose scavenger and then change the FWE options all to the most realistic and all the loot options to rarest and there you go you have a fun and challenging fallout expericance.Suggestions on mods or rules to make it harder are welcome and if you want to try this well then you can post updates here on what you did/found.
