Life isn't an RPG. The Falmer probably had a diverse culture, just like everyone else.

I think the proper question is: If the falmer were a playable race, what bonuses would it have?

• Stat boosts to (bleh) Light armor, Marksman, Alteration maybe... other mer-y things?
  
• Weakness to Mushrooms 100%
  
• Weakness to Fire 10%

Can't think of much else, certainly not a racial power.
