Adding new "reputation"

Hi!

How does one create a new reputation for a faction (such as GoodSpringsReputation and BoomersReputation)? I've looked around but couldn't find it. Any suggestions?

In the object window, search for all, and search for "RepNV". That'll show all of the reputations. Open one up and change the ID to create a new reputation.
