how bad are these drugs?
on a scale of one to ten (1 being pot, ten being heroin/crystal meth)
I ask this because all races (excluding khajiits) act like coke fiends when they take the stuff while khajiits act more like pot heads and are uber chill.

It all depends on chemical dependancy and physiological tolerance of the drug, I suppose.

Even if you could somehow mesh all that information onto a sliding scale where pot is on one extreme and meth on the other, whatever that category would be, moon sugar ain't on it.

Skooma is worse than moon sugar, at least. Even Khajiit seem to see a skooma addiction as a bad habit.

Moon sugar is ingrained in Khajiiti culture. It's their Dunespice, to yank on that old reference again.
