I accidentally discovered the promontory a while back. I went through, killed a bunch of deathclaws, searched the area, and didn't find anything or real interest. It definitely wasn't worth it.

Then I was reading online about the Remnants armor supposedly being there, in the southeast corner, on a body right beside a body with another set of power armor. So I went back, killed a bunch more deathclaws, had to deal with an invincible deathclaw, and found absolutely nothing.

I tried all of the "fixes" I found online regarding how long you're supposed to go away for, reloading the game, etc. And still nothing. The Deathclaws always come back, but I can't find any bodies or armor.

Has anyone else had this problem where it just will not appear? It's driving me crazy. I've wasted a lot of time and ammo trying to find it and it isn't working.

Never seen it, I luckily found it the first time, maybe somebody else can help.

The only thing I can say is that I've seen it every time. Perhaps search the area more thoroughly (?)
