The Fallen Civilization

So it seems the past repeats itself, the Bear and the Bull came to clash once more at the Second Battle of the Hoover Dam
Each had made new friends in the wasteland since first they clashed
Raider clans, heavily armored paladins, mutants, ghouls, and the remains of the old guard government.
All took their sides and met on the field of battle
This time they faced one more faction, only so recently born upon this cracked Earth. The Courier marched on the Hoover Dam, supported by Yes Man and his assemblage of robotic allies.

In its aftermath neither the Bull nor the Bear expected the Courier's armada of Securitrons. With Yes Man's help the Courier had taken control of New Vegas and left a wounded NCR in a state of Civil War and the Bull would never recover from the loss of their great leader, Caesar.

Remnants of Enclave Personnel took both of these as an opportunity to rise again. They unified in NCR Territory and began a long war that ended in defeat once again for the Enclave, however it weakened the NCR's military significantly and they are still rebuilding.


Cities and States both near and far have been effected by the Courier's actions.
Small Factions try to control areas uninhabited by the Great Powers, even Houston Texas, previously the 4th Largest City in America has fallen prey to these people, but they are willing to negotiate with one an other, in fact one group has called a meeting in the Grey Hawk Mercenaries's HQ.
Whether or not this will cause more bloodshed is up to fate.

Captain Winter looked up as he was addressed "Certainly, just down the road I believe" he smiled and stood up, he left his guards in the room, he was very capable of defending himself he followed connor to wherever they went and spoke "So what did you wish to speak to me about?" he began looking around, then smoothing his uniform and adjusting his tie.

Connor simply smiled as the two sat down in the executive office
"What is your opinion on the Super Mutant army at the Airport...?"

The Captain paused to tilt his head as he thought before he replied "I think we cleaned it out around twenty years ago, we've done alot of work, if you ask a few people we were the superintendents, sort of, however we have diminished in power, we used to have around 1,000 men at our height, but after some raiders and an infestation and mainly death from old age we've dropped to about 100 combat specialists and some engineers, anyway, my opinion on the airport is well, after they moved in quite alot of people moved out of the surrounding area, we've had lots of the movers asking if we could wipe them out, we don't really like that kind of talk, though provide me a reason and I'll see wether or not the Sentinels can act on it" he smiled warmly.

Huh, thought we were the only mercenaries in the city
Connor thought for a while before speaking
"You'd get their land... we just want their tech..."
Connor simply smirked and drank a small amount of the little purified water they had

Winter looked at Connor "We're not after land, you may have heard of a group west called the Desert Rangers, we are like them, protectors of the people, we don't require land, we're self-sufficient, what we do want to see however is a stable system set up of which the sentinels can support, we don't look to rule, we look to protect" he explained after he turned down the offer of land "If you can promise a stable system of which everyone gets a say and no persons voice is unheard then we will gladly support you" he said, calmly looking at his watch then flicking a fly off his shoulder.

"We're just paramilitary forces... hired guns, we just... do."
Connor simply looked out the window

"Maybe we could have some form of a government... there could be an election between the people that don't ally themselves with the mutants..."
Connor seemed nervous, slightly paranoid even

"Now, what do you think we should do with the mutants...?"

"I can help set up a government, I'll handle the politics if you want, after setting up a government, the sentinels will dissappear, leaving houston in your hands, we'll go somewhere" he smiled at the thought of the sentinels at last being able to be useful to the rest of america "We're on your side" he said, decided and ready "Just allow us to recruit from anybody we see fit, usually young male children, if you could provide some women, not ugly or unhealthy, then we will support you" he paused to slide his shoe across the floor and continued "unless you have anything else to add?" he says raising a questioning eyebrow.

Ray "the Devil" Hagan - JPMorgan Chase Tower

Ray turned to search for Connor and captain Winter, and got directed into the executive office by a guard. Ray entered just in time to hear the two talking:

"You two seem a bit anti-super mutant if you catch my drift. Which brings me to a proposal for you." Ray said briefly.

Ray then leaned closer to the two and whispered:

"I have suggested to the mutants a place to establish a military base, and it so happens that the place I suggested to them could prove a death trap, if those idiotic brutes do as I said. The place would leave them back and sides-to-water and the front vulnerable to an attack. Now, what I suggest to you two is this: With your troops leading a frontier assault against that base of mutants, which is not even that heavily defended, my own people would provide firesupport from across the river, where the mutants wouldn't expect an attack. This way the Sentinels get to make the region a bit safer, while my tribe and the Greyhawk mercenaries get to plunder a base filled with equipment. A good deal, no?"

Ray leaned back and smiled, waiting for responses.

Connor thought that someone should speak their mind at all times
"We're in an executive office... be direct with me."
Two men came with the prisoner they tried to give to the politician downstairs, Connor crouched down next to him with his sawed off in his hand
"Why hello there... you see I have a simple question... where... is my money?!?!"
The man seemed caught off guard and began mumbling disfigured sentences, the man was terrified
"We... out of business... terrible deal... we mess with wrong people..."
Connor smiled
"You messed with the wrong people the moment you took my money!"
Connor kicked the man in the face
"Now, you're gonna give me an alternative or I... I am going to rip your spine out and shove it down your neck!"
The man spoke quickly
"We... we still have unsold product at the HQ... maybe you could sell it... who knows... please let me live."
Connor smirked
"Survival of the fittest"
Connor grabbed the bowie knife and sliced the man's knee open
"Now... you can leave, but if you warn them I'm coming... you'll get the butcher's treatment... do I make myself clear?!?!"
Connor turned to Winter
"It appears I may have... inherited some "product"

Goliath

Goliath paced back and forth in his office, should he dispatch his troops?

it could easily be a trap....or the trap is to not send forces there...[censored]

Goliath picked up his custom super sledge and walked out of his office, stopping only to order Joe to assemble twenty F.I.S.T troopers and five Shadows. He then raised Specter on the comms

Golliath signed of the comms and met his troops at terminal B-3.

"Brothers now we show these people the power of our forces!" Goliath bellowed, his troops responded in approving yelling and stomping. He lead his troops around the streets near the airport killing anything in their path.

Courier

The courier walked back into the meeting room and approached the Wyatt.

"Hello I am a courier here on behalf of Goliath, he would like to make you an offer."

Grand Oracle Wyatt

Wyatt turned to Mr. Johnston and replied to his comment on the water situation.

"Well Mr. Johnston, the Strov'nah Necron are
indeed interested in scholarly matters, though not as much as the Priory I assume. We could provide you with education in certain matters but I need to know what you hope to learn first. We have extensive knowledge of world history, shipbuilding, small unit tactics, building
fortifications, and many other things."

Wyatt then turned towards a young messenger who had entered and replied, chuckling.

"Goliath, eh? The big guy? Well I'm not sure what he'd want with me but I'm always open for business."

"In truth I just want to see that the people are safe and carry on with that, anyway I'll leave you" he said as a prisoner entered, he walked back into the conference room and looked around before sitting down and looking around, he sighed before standing up "If you'll excuse me I'll be leaving" he set off downstairs and regrouped with his men "aalright lets get going" they set off the war wind ruffling their uniforms as they set out to take down those that preyed on the weak.

Courier

"Well Sir. Wyatt, he heard that you may need water and trade routes. Is this correct, because Goliath can provide such things. On an unrelasted note he is also interested in Necron, he has never heard of this god. And he wishes to learn more." The courier shuffled a bit and pulled out a peice of paper and handed it to the man. On it was directions to the airport. "Come here if you ever seek help"

Grand Oracle Wyatt

Wyatt nodded slowly, he wasn't exactly hurting for supplies but more trade was always better.

"Yes, the Strov'nah Necron would appreciate some trade routes. I think our water situation is
taken care of now but if you have any fresh crops it would be much appreciated, sometimes we need something besides Mirelurks and MREs."

He then listened to how Goliath was interested
in Necron and smiled, maybe he had misjudged the big guy. Wyatt explained Necron eagerly.

"Well sir, Necron is the lady of order. She teaches her word and guides her people to peace. You know what, as I gift to Goliath I'll
give you this, maybe he'll see her light in it. *Wyatt produces a second book of Necron, this one more shiny and less worn than his personal one. The book itself was made of a durable black cover*. Take good care of it."

Finally Wyatt received the piece of paper that contained directions to the airport and smiled.

"Tell Goliath his kindness is appreciated."

Courier

The courier smiled and nodded as Wyatt explained Necron and who she was. The courier took the book and thanked Wyatt.

"If you are interested would you be able to hold a sermon for the troops back at the airport? Goliath would like his troops to learn more human like qualities as many are second gen and are very violent. I think you might be able to make them alot more peaceful."
